
Context:
At Accenture, we have multiple teams under the umbrella of Security & Identity. One of the responsibilities of our team was gathering, calculating and presenting experience metrics and scores for each of those teams, which were tracked and calculated manually. This data is then updated into a Microsoft Power BI dashboard and shared across the teams for various purposes, such as performance analysis, trend identification, and strategic planning.
My Role:
Conducting thorough user research and translating the findings into an intuitive design. My responsibilities extended to prototyping, user testing, and collaborating closely with the development team for the final implementation.
Tools Used:
The need was identified for a user-friendly, automated solution that could provide real-time data visibility, facilitate data filtering based on individual team requirements, and streamline the process of report sharing and downloading.

Previously, we had multiple dashboards that required us to gather, clean, and calculate data in Excel manually. Each dashboard had to be manually refreshed. However, now all of these tasks are performed automatically in the Indexer app.
